2025 Draft Regional Transportation Plan & Appendices

Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration

PLUMAS COUNTY RTP

Regional Transportation Plans (RTPs) guide our transportation investments for many modes of travel, including public transit, automobiles, trucks, trains, bicycles, pedestrians and to some extent airplanes. The Plumas County RTP will provide the framework for prioritizing transportation projects, identifying funding sources and scheduling future project implementation. This document has become increasingly important as funding resources constrict, planning efforts coordinate, and new programs expand.
